The Foundation

Located in the mountains, Vallue 12th communal section, Petit-Goave (750 meters above sea level), the hotel with about twenty rooms (created in 2004) is particularly welcoming with surprisingly comfortable rooms decorated with taste, even a certain luxury for Haiti. Creole massages are offered but also excursions and visits to the association’s achievements. Various and traditional animations: troubadour music, board games, theater, tales and local legends…

Ayiti is the indigenous spelling of the authentic name of Arawak/Taino homeland that is today called “The Republic of Haiti and Dominican Republic” The country consists of 10 Departments, 42 Arrondissement (Districts), 145 Communes (Cities), and 575* Seksyon Kominals –(Rural Communities).  With a population of under 12 million people, Ayiti is best known as the only country consisting of enslaved individuals who successfully revolted and won their independence in 1804 from France
